Afterthought - could it be that anxiety is my biggest issue now, and that the depression is under control?
Maybe now I can go to sleep.

There's a statistic that says something like 90% of people with chronic depression also experience acute and/or generalized anxiety. My depression first presented itself about 15 years ago in the form of panic attacks. I don't have acute attacks anymore, though I certainly experience bouts of irrational anxiety.
I'm not familiar with Cymbalta. Does it have any effect on anxiety? I know Paxil and Prozac do, and I think Zoloft too, though those are all huge libido killers.
(For the record, I take Paxil, Wellbutrin, and Seroquel, plus Ativan as needed.)
Hang in there. It gets better.
Cym's newer, maybe newest. Don't know about the anxiety. I guess I was thinking it would help since it works like the SSRI's but with the addition of affecting norepinephrine too.
I saw the Seroquel entry on your blog. Fascinating that it helps.
(Also saw the Wellbutrin entry. That's why I threw in the actual dosage that made me so bitchy).
I'm glad you've got a cocktail that's working for you.
